Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of KASUMI Calendar Sync, an operational calendar synchronization integration operated by KASUMI DOJO, z.s..

1. Purpose of the service

KASUMI Calendar Sync synchronizes authorized calendar information between Google Calendar, Apple iCloud and Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365 for KASUMI DOJO operational and booking purposes. It is not offered as a public consumer calendar service.

2. Authorization

Use of the service requires valid authorization to the connected calendar accounts. By authorizing the integration, the account holder permits the service to read and modify calendar events only to the extent required for synchronization. Authorization may be revoked at any time.

3. Connected third-party services

The service depends on Google Calendar, Apple iCloud and Microsoft services. Each provider's own terms, availability, security controls and account policies continue to apply. KASUMI DOJO does not control outages or policy changes of those providers.

4. Appropriate use

The service may be used only for legitimate KASUMI DOJO calendar synchronization and booking operations. It must not be used to access calendar information without authorization or for unlawful, abusive or unrelated purposes.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to operate the synchronization reliably, but continuous or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. The service may be modified, paused or discontinued when necessary for maintenance, security, provider changes or operational reasons.

6. Data protection

Handling of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy. The service uses Google data only for the synchronization function described there.

7. Termination

Access to the integration may be terminated by revoking OAuth authorization, disabling the synchronization, or removing the connected account. Following termination, no new synchronization will be performed.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KASUMI DOJO is not responsible for indirect losses caused by third-party service outages, user configuration errors or provider-side changes. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, subject to any mandatory rights that apply under applicable law.
