Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 October 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how KASUMI Calendar Sync, operated by KASUMI DOJO, z.s., uses Google Calendar data and related technical information. The service is used to synchronize operational calendar entries for KASUMI DOJO.

1. Operator and contact

KASUMI DOJO, z.s., IČ 67798268, Květnová 598/48, 182 00 Praha 8 – Ďáblice, Czech Republic.
Contact: kasumi.dojo@gmail.com

2. Google data accessed

KASUMI Calendar Sync may access Google Calendar information required to provide calendar synchronization, including:

The application does not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, advertising profiles, or unrelated Google account content.

3. How Google data is used

Google Calendar data is used only to:

Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling, marketing, credit decisions, or sale.

4. Transfer and sharing

To provide the synchronization function, calendar event data may be transferred between Google Calendar, Apple iCloud and Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365. This transfer occurs solely for the calendar synchronization requested and controlled by KASUMI DOJO.

We do not sell Google user data and do not disclose it to unrelated third parties. Technical infrastructure providers may process data only as necessary to host and secure the service.

5. Local storage and retention

The synchronization service stores only the information required to operate reliably, such as event mapping identifiers, synchronization hashes/state, timestamps and authorization credentials. OAuth credentials are stored in protected server-side secret storage and are retained only while the connection remains authorized.

Calendar content remains in the connected calendar services according to their own retention settings and the operator's actions. Local synchronization metadata is removed when it is no longer needed for the active synchronization. Operational logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for troubleshooting, security and service continuity.

6. Security

Access to the synchronization service is restricted to authorized KASUMI DOJO administration. Network communication uses encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. Credentials are not intentionally exposed in public pages or application logs. Access controls and server permissions are used to limit access to synchronization data.

7. User control, revocation and deletion

Google authorization can be revoked at any time from the Google Account security permissions page. Calendar entries may also be deleted in the connected calendar services. For requests concerning access, correction or deletion of data handled by this integration, contact kasumi.dojo@gmail.com.

8. Google API Services User Data Policy

KASUMI Calendar Sync's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the synchronization service, connected providers or legal requirements change. The current version is always published at this URL.
